St. John’s Episcopal Church - Sunday, March 17, 2019

From Fr. Ray+

On behalf of the St. John’s Spiritual Development Group I am pleased to let you know that our next event will be led by Rev. Stuart Hoke on Saturday, May 11, in the undercroft.  Currently on staff at Trinity Cathedral in Little Rock, Rev. Hoke was on staff at Trinity Church Wall Street on 9/11.  He will be speaking to us about his experiences on that horrible day.  During the attacks he was at Trinity’s St. Paul’s Chapel, which was practically in the shadows of the twin towers.  I believe you will be deeply blessed by his presence in our midst.

Evening Prayer is being offered in the chapel on Mondays and Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. during Lent.  Fr. Ray will lead EP on Mondays and laypersons will lead it on Tuesdays.  The leader schedule for Tuesdays is:

March 12........Ann Lee

March 19........Susan Carter

March 26........Mike Fielder

April 2............Jack Myers

April 9............Allison Biederman

Blessings, Fr. Ray+
